Today’s Pickle: Vlasic Kosher Dill

The classic Vlasic. Delicious…. I love it, but it’s not the best you can get. It’s like.. when you eat them, you wish it was a deli pickle, but you still end up eating the whole jar in 2 sittings. There’s something great about them, if nothing else, they remind me of being a kid.

I give it a 7/10… not bad! I’ll always love them, even if they aren’t a 10/10.

Today’s Pickle Review: Panera Bread

Panera has the most delicious pickles in the “restaurant” category. They’re mild and cucumber-y. They’re not quite deli style, but they’re also not dill jar style either. I give it a 10/10.

Really, I’m just being silly here… but I do love pickles more than any other food item on the planet. I’m weird, huh?

1. I hate being sick more than almost anything
2. One time when I was little, I had a night terror where I thought there were bees all around me and I also thought I saw a woman and a baby in a cradle. It was terrifying. My Mom is still convinced to this day that it was because I drank root beer that day. I didn’t drink root beer for YEARS!
3. Often times, during yoga my palms kind of go numb.
4. I almost always carry candy with me.
5. When I had just come out of having my wisdom teeth pulled, I told my mother about the huge tattoo on my side I’d gotten a few days prior. Hehe… I was all hopped up on anesthesia. It was great… she couldn’t even be mad, because I was so out of it.
6. I have more than one best friend. All of my best friends are there for a different awesome reason.
7. I finished the Twilight Saga and the Midnight Sun 12 chapter draft in 3 weeks.
8. I am slightly afraid of the dark.
9. My house is a mess right now… I am definitely going to clean it this weekend… and do laundry.
10. Sebastian often does this thing we call a “reverse sit” where he puts his front paws and head on the floor, in a pouncing position, then falls asleep…
11. My current favorite color is greyish purple
12. I joined a gym a few weeks ago…. I hate running. I try to avoid it at all costs.
13. Tonight for dinner, I went to this Christmas shop thing with the kids I’ve babysat since they were born (practically) and I had lamb chops, mashed potatoes, salad, crab cake, pasta, cheese cake & chocolate cake. (They sent me home with the cake!)
14. When I’m worried about my loved ones, I have dreams about them dying. It’s scary… I always wake up sad and I can’t sleep for the rest of the night.
15. I’m going to see New Moon on Wednesday. My friend writes reviews and got advanced viewing tix!! I’m pumped.
16. For one of my best friend’s bdays, I’m having a pilgrims and indians party! Hahahaha… I think it’s a pretty funny theme. But one day I am determined to have an old person theme party for someone’s bday. I just need to find someone else who would think it’s as hilarious as I think.
17. I love all of the seasons, but I prefer cooler weather to hot weather.
18. Unless I was forced, I could never move away from Baltimore… least not permanently.
19. I hate scary movies, however I do like mystery/suspense movies.
20. I’m not big on designer anything… It’s all pretty and I like it, but it doesn’t mean anything to me. I’m just as happy with a purse from Target as I would be with a purse from Burberry.
21. I have 2 older brothers, who are the best.
22. I really like my job.
23. I am very proud of myself for my accomplishments over the last year. Graduating from college, getting a job right away, being on my own and not being scared of that.
24. Christmas is by far my favorite holiday.
25. One time, Peyton knocked over the grill. He was unharmed!
26. I love my car… but I’m aching for a new one.
27. Most of the time, when I drink coffee, I get very anxious and feel like I can’t breathe.
28. I really really don’t like it when people roll their eyes at me. It bothers me SOOOO much!
29. I need to ride some horses soon. It’s been too long and I miss it so so so much. I also miss competing in shows.
30. I find britches and tall boots to be as comfortable as pajamas.
31. Baz threw up twice today.
32. I love cheese.  Lots of different kinds… but my favorite is brie.
33. I love beer.
34. I used to take all different types of dance lessons… for a long time. I tried sports (softball, soccer, basketball)… that didn’t work out so well. I was a Varsity cheerleader all 4 years of high school.
35. I find sweet vegetables to be strange and wrong, somehow.
36. I’m pretty good at skiing, but I haven’t been in years. I like it a lot, though. I’ve never snowboarded… and I don’t reaaaally have a desire to break my face any time soon.
37. I am mostly Italian but I’m also Irish and Polish.
38. I probably say “I love you” about 50 times per day.
39. I haven’t watched The Food Network or The Gameshow Network in like a week.
40. I don’t remember the last time I slept all the way through the night without waking up.
